Liz Mercer

Liz has more than twenty-five years’ experience in Pharmaceutical and Biotech organisations.

As a Human Resources and Learning & Development professional, Liz has been developing leaders and managers across the life sciences for over twenty years.

Liz is an ICF – accredited Executive Coach and became an independent development consultant and facilitator in 2014.

Matt Evans

Matt has developed leaders in more than 65 different organisations, often supporting leaders in transition from expert to leader.

He has a commercial background and has been working as a Leadership Development Consultant and Executive Coach for over twenty years.

Matt is also a Programme Director at London Business School and Associate Faculty at Cranfield University’s School of Management.
